a. What have you heard about the graduation project at City High? Do you know any students in 12th grade who have already graduated that completed their projects? What were their experiences?
I was told to give it a lot of time and thought. One of my advisory in 10th grade told me she had to work on hers all of her break because it was due very soon. A lot of it I also saw in mostly door to door promotions as well. As far as people, the only one I heard of was the one I mentioned who was supposed to write a novel but didn't and failed.
b. What are some interests you have that you might like to structure a project around?
I am interested in English and education. Hopefully my paper could take an investigative perspective to lack of fundamentals in education. I don't usually do journalism, but I think that would be the best type of format for my paper.
c. What are some concerns that you have about the graduation project?
Not getting in contact with the people I need to talk to. Not finding the right people to ask questions. Not finding any schools I could support for something I plan further.
What do you mean by "investigative perspective?"
